The main objective of this course is to master the basic notions allowing to develop  DB applications by exploiting the contributions of different tools, namely: the SQL standard and the 4th generation languages (PL/SQL, pg/plsql, etc.). Here, the practical aspect is fundamental to acquire the basics of application development in any environment.
